    Review fix and a cleanup

    Fixed

    • Review's x on imported servers. Toggling the changed-only view on the Review screen now works for servers that were imported rather than deployed by interzone.
    • Shorter deploy errors. The Deploy screen trims Ansible's long "Full error:" tail, the same way the failure summary already did.

    Changed

    • Internal cleanup: dead code removed and repeated code folded together. Nothing else should look or behave differently.

    Update with interzone self-update or Manage › Update interzone.
