    A lighter, sonar-style swarm map

    Host

    • The big map of interzone-mirror's node now pings like sonar: every 4 seconds a ring spreads from the node and fades, and peers light up as it reaches them. It replaces the sweeping radar beam.
    • The map uses far less CPU: a frame takes about a tenth of the time it did, and it redraws five times a second instead of ten. It used 5–7% of a core; now under 1%.
